Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipping Policy: Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days of receipt.  Any order received on or after noon EST Friday or the day before a holiday will start processing the next business day.  All orders are shipped via FedEx and charged according to the weight of each order. Choose from three types of service: Ground (7-10 business days), 2-Day or Overnight. There will be additional fees for expedited shipping.
  2. FedEx is not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes.
  3. A signature may be required in order for FedEx to deliver the package, so please make sure someone will be home to receive your order. FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times and then return your order to Essie Cosmetics.
  4. We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, we sell in all fifty states.
  5. International customers are responsible for any international customs, duties or taxes on merchandise delivered to addresses outside the United States. These amounts are not included in the shipping charges shown here, and will be billed to the customer separately by the chosen carrier, if applicable.
  6. Returns: Return requests must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the order. Contact Essie Cosmetics Customer Service at (800) 232-1155 or returns@essie.com and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted and credit will not be issued without an RA number. Except in the case of an error on the part of Essie Cosmetics, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  7. Damages, incorrect shipments or defective merchandise must be reported to Essie Cosmetics within 10 days of your receipt of the order, by either telephone or email. Replacements or credit will be issued, and you will be given instructions on what to do with the merchandise.
  8. In the case of damages, you must retain all damaged merchandise in its original cartons and packing materials for 10 business days after reporting the damages to Essie Cosmetics. If you have received no further instructions from Essie Cosmetics or FedEx after 10 days, merchandise and packing materials may be discarded.
